Biography

Dr. Dan Owolabi is the founding CEO of Branches, a global leadership consulting firm that has equipped executives, entrepreneurs, and owners across 35 countries to build companies that transform their communities.

With more than 20 years of experience, Dan is a keynote speaker, teaching pastor, and member of the Global Leadership Summit faculty whose work has shaped leaders at Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Ivy League institutions including Harvard, and major churches across the United States.

His framework, anchored in the conviction that the most effective leaders have nothing to hide, nothing to prove, and nothing to lose, forms the foundation of his bestselling book Authentic Leadership, an Amazon #1 New Release. He holds a graduate degree in American Leadership and a Doctorate in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Dan lives in Wooster, Ohio with his wife Erica and their two daughters, where he tries to practice what he preaches.
