Trey McKnight

Trey McKnight is an executive coach at Novus Global and the Director of the Novus Global Faith division. He has built more than 15 years of leadership experience in a wide range of industries, including public service, corporate sales, and non-profit and faith-based organizations. He actively partners with highly influential and well-known organizations as a keynote speaker and emcee to create remarkable experiences and events.

Trey has a proven track-record and passion for inspiring and challenging leaders to move toward what matters, coaching faith based and non-profit leaders, athletes, executive leaders in sports, business owners and entrepreneurs.

After graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Georgia, his early career in firefighting gave him a foundational love for the disciplined pursuit of leadership, teamwork, fitness, and health. He enjoys a lifestyle of exploring capability beyond his own perceived limits and carries his learnings into every opportunity to coach, train, and speak with authenticity and bold conviction. He believes the best version of each person lives behind a commitment to strong and courageous action.

Trey and his wife Jamie Brooke live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta with their three young children.
